Yes My 87 Year Old Fatherinlaw Has Dementia And Disphasia

Yes my 87 year old fatherinlaw has dementia and disphasia and is not allowed to eat or drink anything through the mouth. He has a feeding tube and is fed only the ISOSource but has become really bad for water. He has become combative to get water and is constantly drinking water. He has been throwing up phlegm that is brownish and smells like blood. He has had pneumonia twice and the nurse who was coming to check him said he heard crackling in his right lung. What do you advise?
