Yes, my mother was prescribed mexiletine 150 mg one pill twice daily. She has neuropathy of the legs and feet. I cannot find a "laymen's" description of this medicine. The doctor did do an EKG and said her heart was good to take this medicine. I am just curious as to what this medicine will do?
