Yes, My Question Is, I Have Lower Chest/lung Tension Coupled

Yes, my question is, I have lower chest/lung tension coupled with stomach irritability. Also, when I lower my head or bend forward to pick up things, it feels as though I have a heavy brick inside my head that puts pressure on my whole head and face. Any theories or medical suggestions?
