Yes, please. I began having chest pains last night. mainly concentrated around my left shoulder blade and going down my left arm. It is very painful to breathe. Also my BP is elevated a bit. I do have CAD, and a 40% blocakage LAN, but my heart was checked recently and my Cardiologist said I was OK.
