Yes Please, I Had A Crushing Incident Last February And

Yes please, I had a crushing incident last February and was on workmans comp until Dec. 2016. My bone and joint Dr. Released me to go back to work and closed the case. However, I have lifetime medical coverage thru workmans Comp. My question is should I decide or have to go to a Dr. for a problem I'm having with my hip, do I HAVE to go to the same Dr. Or can I choose a different one.
