My brother has been having the palpitations when he fall asleep and rapid heart beat after. His wrists had started darkening(black) and his face. We went to Er and everything was normal. We were told the bec of his insurance he can only have a a primary doctor if its a chronic illness when he goes to urgent care. But we are thinking its internal bec i t runs in the family
