Yes Please....I Have Constant Trembling In My Hands And Occasional

Yes please....I have constant trembling in my hands and occasional spasms in my arms. It has been going on for about four to five months but in the past month has gotten worse. I also have frequent migraines. Also, I have had considerable weight gain and bloating. Although I doubt this would be related to first two symptoms.
