Yes, thank you. I am a 66 yr old male. I have been having pain in both my shoulders/upper arms - more pronounced in the left side - for about 4 years now. I was given a shot twice since then, took a prescription pain killer for a while (of which I still have some left), and have been applying pain balm. None of which help. The pain keeps me up at night but during the day it does not bother me.
One doctor said it was "frozen" shoulder, gave me a shot and some exercises to do. The shot did not help and I exercise regularly (not necessarily exclusively for the shoulders).
A second doctor, too, gave me a shot, took x-rays and prescribed the pain killer - tylenol with codeine #3. Please help!
