Yes Thank You. I Have Had Since Being Young, These

Yes thank you. I have had since being young, these issue with little bits of food getting stuck on the side of my throat and making me cough for around 10 minutes non stop and blocking my nose straight away so I can only get minimal amount of air from my mouth.. After an attack I am feeling exhausted and sore on my upper back from coughing. I would like to understand why it happens to me and what can it be cause by .? Many thanks.
