My question, simply stated, is as follows, why does the medical field sign off on a physician's request for a quick x-ray or MRI if a patient complains of persistent pain in their knee or in their arm and yet, even when cost is not an issue for the patient, no such care is taken as a preventative measure for those with broken minds. I am by no means criticizing doctors or specialists as I respect the work that you do as you are on the front lines advocating for the patient.
