Yes, Thanks. Over The Past Two Days A Large Bulge

Yes, thanks. Over the past two days a large bulge has appeared just below my rib cage on the right side. No real pain has accompanied, but some "fullness" discomfort. Further, my stools have been irregular to non-existent. I used a laxative (stool softeners & magnesium citrate) to expel what was there yesterday but nothing has happened thus far today.
Thoughts?
