Yes Tonight After I Took A Shower I Did Myself

Yes tonight after I took a shower I did myself examination of my testicles like a do ever month to two months and felt a lump that I believe is new. It is the size of a pea and moves around with the testicle. It hurts when I play with it and it makes me nervous. Could it be cancer. Went to a doctor a year ago for the same thought but was told it wasn't cancer. Just freaking out a little bit.
