Yes, Yesterday Around The Joint Of My Pinky Toe I

Yes, yesterday around the joint of my pinky toe I have noticed it black and blue and hard to walk on. I noticed the pain in the early evening hours. Went to bed with it black and blue and in the morning it was gone as if nothing had happened. Now tonight I noticed it black and blue and don't know what to do.
