Yes..I Have Been Having Trouble With A Pilonidal Cyst. It

Yes..I have been having trouble with a pilonidal cyst. It is under the skin, warm to touch, red, swollen and feels hard. Very painful to touch for about 3 days. Went to ER and he made me feel stupid for wanting it drained. He said it wasn't "juicy" enough, that all he would be able to get would be blood. Im a nurse and I also know my body. He wouldn't do it and so now I have no relief after waiting hours in the waiting area. I needed relief but he put me off because it was too hard and he wanted it softer.. I..the patient wanted relief, of which I got none. Please advise.
