Yes....my Granddaughter Had A Urinary Tract Infection A Few Weeks

Yes....my granddaughter had a urinary tract infection a few weeks ago and seems to have recovered from that, however, the last few days she has been out of sorts c/o tummy hurting...very tired for her (usually running everywhere) wants to lay down a lot, sleeps longer at night...last night she went to bed at 8..which is early for her...this morn she was sleeping in bed and started crying...when mommy went to get her she had had diarrhea all over the bed...and then had it again later....she doesn't have a fever, but has just not been herself for a while...any Ideas??
