Yesterday, I Developed A 4" Circle Of "hive" Like Bumbs

Yesterday, I developed a 4" circle of "hive" like bumbs on my right hip/ No seeping or bleeding, just iching, appears like a bug bite/ No new mediciations, food, or travel or any change in lifestyle. Just very red 1/4" bumps in a circle of 7. Seemed to move with 3 random area symptomatic bumps last night straying from group. Should I see my dermotoligist+
