Yesterday I Did Sonography Of My Ovaries And It Diagnoses

Yesterday I did Sonography of my ovaries and it diagnoses that my ovaries are bulky, dr. whom I consulted told me that Eggs formatted around ovaries and out of them One egg is growing and rest are stick to the ovaries wall and it will release if i will get my periods. Dr. also suggest me to do prega test at home. My last periods date was 8th of Nov, and today is 17th and I didn't get my periods till now. So, please guide me whether I am pregnant or what?
