Yesterday I Ended Up Hitting My Head Hard, I Felt

Yesterday I ended up hitting my head hard, I felt dizzy right after it happened, my vision went fuzzy and it felt like I almost passed out. When I got up I was really off balance and alot of pressure was on my one side of my head and ear. So this morning I felt sick to my stomach , really dizzy, light headed, headache and just off today. I'm not sure if I should go to the hospital.
