Yesterday I Felt A Small Pop In The Front Inside

Yesterday I felt a small pop in the front inside of the left side of my groin. I also noticed that that area was numb to the touch. About a 5" area all together. I am a truck driver, and i feel a small popping sensation when I push in the clutch to change gears. It continued today. At one point, I lifted my right leg, and the was a sharp pain in that same left groin area. Once I put my right leg down, the pain subsided.
