Yesterday I Got A Head Ache On My Right Side

Yesterday I got a head ache on my right side and then I got sweaty and my heart was beating very heard not to mention I was extremely week and could hardly walk from being so weak and I could not keep my eyes open and my thoughts were lost or hard to think.
