Yesterday I Got Out Of Work And Got A Sore

Yesterday I got out of work and got a sore throat. I took some medicine but today I feel worst. My shoulder really hurt and my body feels sore and tired. At night I was trembling a lot because I was cold but had plenty of blankets to stay warm. Should I see a doctor or just wait it out
