Yesterday I Got Possibly Over 50 + Mosquito Bites And

Yesterday I got possibly over 50 + mosquito bites and today I am suffering from sun poisoning from laying on the beach. I now feel like I have a fever, I am really week, and my body feels stiff, which I read is normal for both of the things I've been exposed to, but I also have an incredibly sore throat and keep sneezing. I wanted to know if this is normal with sun poisoning or too many mosquito bites, or am I actually sick?
