Yesterday I Had Three Episodes Where I Was Experiencing Dizziness.

Yesterday I had three episodes where I was experiencing dizziness. It went away for the rest of the day and this morning I had an episode where the room actually moved was spinning and I was dizzy again but it hasn’t happened again all day wondering what could be causing this as I have not experienced this before.
