Yesterday I Held In My Urine For 1.5-2 Hours. After

Yesterday I held in my urine for 1.5-2 hours. After I finally went to the bathroom I had mild pain and still have pain today mostly on my lower left side and a feeling of being bloating. Dancing and bending over is difficult. I feel like I constantly need to use the bathroom even when very little comes out. What could be the cause of this?
