Yesterday I Kept Feeling As If I Were About To

Yesterday I kept feeling as if I were about to get a Charlie horse in left calf. When I got home I noticed a bruise on the back right side of my left calf. It doesn't hurt touch but has a knot on the inside and my calf is very sore. The bruisin got worse over night. Should I be concerned.
