Yesterday I Noticed A Rough Surface Around The Inside Of

Yesterday I noticed a rough surface around the inside of my mouth. Today when I place my tongue on that area it seems to be covering a larger area. It's difficult to pinpoint if my mouth is indeed numb or if I have maneuvered my tongue around too much to make me think it is numb. I have a few ulcers on my the sides of my tongue and lite white coating on top my tongue. At the back of my throat are three red patches. Although I have had a small amount of drainage, my throat really isn't bothering me. What could be causing the strange rough surface on the inside of my mouth?
