Yesterday I Noticed A Small Bump On The Side Of

Yesterday I noticed a small bump on the side of my neck about the size of a fly bite. It is not a bite nor a pimple but when I press on it, it hurts and my neck had this weird pain afterwards on that side and I notice the same pain ocassionally during the day.
