Yesterday I Noticed A Sudden Lump Just Above My Knee,

Yesterday I noticed a sudden lump just above my knee, only about one centimetre in diameter and raised around 6ml. It went down within an hour and became a yellow to purple bruise. The bruise had a patch of normal skin in the centre which appeared to have two puncture marks 3ml apart. Now the next morning it has become a deep purple and blue bruise and the skin around what I assume to be puncture marks is slightly pink. There is no pain or tenderness when I apply pressure or move my leg. Does this seem like a spider bite? If so what else should I be aware of and are there symptoms I need to look out for?
