Yesterday I noticed my right tonsil swollen with white all over and it was extremely painful to swallow, this morning when I woke up I noticed that the infection is spreading to my left tonsil and my uvula is slightly swollen as well, do I have tonsillitis and if so what can I do to get rid of it?
