Yesterday I Noticed Right Above My Inner Right Eyebrow Had

Yesterday I noticed right above my inner right eyebrow had a swollen lump. Very sore and horrible headache. This morning lump was gone down some and still headache but not as bad. Tonight lump is back (painful to touch, more sore) and horrible headache on that side of my head. Thought sinus because when I cough my head feels like it's going to burst but sinus med doesn't seem to be helping.
