Yesterday I Noticed Severe Pain In My Upper-right Back. The

Yesterday I noticed severe pain in my upper-right back. The pain worsens when I am active or move in certain ways. When I move my right arm, the pain is quite harsh. When I touch the spot on my back that hurts, I am completely numb to the touch. I have tried to stretch and massage out the pain, but I am finding no relief. What is going on? Should I go see my doctor?
