Yesterday I Noticed That From Above, My Navel Doesn't Look

Yesterday I noticed that from above, my navel doesn't look symmetrical because its right side got bigger and I see extra flesh on the right side of it. It is very obvious. It doesn't feel hard to touch so that's good I suppose. I wonder what can that be. Please help. I am scared of cancer... Thank you so much!!! Dina
