Yesterday I popped my arm out of socket when I turned my wheel really fast when a car swerved toward me. It popped right back in but my arm is killing me now. It hurts when I lift my arm straight up or to the side. If you put your hand on my shoulder when I lift my arm you can feel a crack but what I hear is like something is tearing. Is it Possible I tore shoulder cartilage?
