Yesterday I Started Experiencing Pain In My Right Lower Abdomen,

Yesterday I started experiencing pain in my right lower abdomen, actually closer to the inner thigh. Comes and goes..sometimes sharp, but not constant. No fever or vomiting. Was lifting and moving furniture Thursday a.m. In prep for a hurricane..any ideas?? (I'm a 63 year old female, post-menopausal. Had a tubal after c-section 22+ years ago, but I don't know if they removed my appendix then).
