Yesterday I Started Prednisone And Shortly After Taking It I

Yesterday I started prednisone and shortly after taking it i began to vomit olive-green stuff my toenails turned blue and got debilitating Charlie horses in both feet to the point I couldn't move either foot without excruciating pain . This lasted all night. I was scared to take the med today BC of these symptoms. What is going on with me? Thanks
