Yesterday I Stepped On A Nail At Work Becasue We

Yesterday I stepped on a nail at work becasue we are getting remodeled . When I went to pick up the nail I realized it was brand new , no rust at all . Then I turned over my foot to look at it and I could barely find when it poked me at . There was never any blood and later in the day I couldn't even find the mark . I had a tetanus shot 5 years ago. I worry all the time about sicknesses and this morning I felt like my jaw was hurting but it has been hurting off and on from wisdom teeth previously . Do you think everything is okay , and I'm worrying way to much ?
