Yesterday, I Was At The Beach But Could Feel My

Yesterday, I was at the beach but could feel my left eye start to shut. My friend took a picture of us and sure enough my eye was droopy. I had felt some numbness but no headache. I was very relaxed because I was sitting on the beach hearing the waves. Do you think this could have been a mini stroke? I am a healthy 64yr old, eat well, exercise regularly.
