Yesterday I Was Awakened By Severe Stomach Cramps. I Couldn't

Yesterday I was awakened by severe stomach cramps. I couldn't stand up straight and my legs seemed to not be able to support my weight. Today, the stomach cramps aren't severe, but I am in pain all the way around to my back on both sides to touch. Legs still give way when I try to stand or walk.
