Yesterday I Was Driving A Big Truck All Day And

Yesterday I was driving a big truck all day and did not take a restroom break I know I needed to poop but didn't at the end of the day I did use the bathroom and when I got home my abdomen started to cramp and hurt and last night and almost all day I hurt to right side of my abdomen just a few inches right of my belly button I read it could be my appendix but I have no fever or chills just my right side hurts and aches should I be concerned
