Yesterday I Was Having Gas In Stomach And My Body

Yesterday I was having gas in stomach and my body started aching, I had one rentec. After some time I had a vomit and some relief come. To me it looks stomach infection. After that I had not eaten anything today morning I had a tea with 2 biscuits.
Please suggest some medicine.
