Yesterday I Was Prescribed Clindamycin HCL, After Having Surgery For

Yesterday I was prescribed Clindamycin HCL, after having surgery for a torn meniscus. While I tend to have itchy skin and scalp, the symptoms are more magnified today with a fine rash, not hives like I have had when taking Kflex or cephalosporin components. Should I continue to take it? I've had 3 doses so far. I also have IBS.
Also, is drinking 2 glasses of wine a problem with Clindamycin.
