Yesterday I Went Cold Turkey From Gabapentin And Naproxen And

Yesterday I went cold turkey from gabapentin and naproxen and had vomiting in the evening. Should I stay off them now or do I need to take a little in order to ease the withdrawal? The vomiting has stopped but I am bloated and feeling like bowels are full.
