Yesterday I Went To Friend's Public Pool And Now Today

Yesterday I went to friend's public pool and now today I woke up with a bunch of bumps on my side, legs and arms. They are about 1 centimeter in diameter. Just above each of my elbows there is a big cluster of them. I've had hives before and I can say that this is not hives because they don't itch very much. Please help thank you!!!
