Yesterday I Woke Up With Severe Pain In My Lower

Yesterday I woke up with severe pain in my lower back, a catching, stabbing pain. It took awhile to be able to move. I had a restless night and today the pain is increased and movement is not relieving it as it did yesterday. Mobility is difficult. Today I also have an achy feeling from the front hip area to my lower abdomen. I had a previous lower back issue but I have not had any issues for 5 plus years.
