Yesterday During Lunch My Right Ring Finger Suddenly Turned White

Yesterday during lunch my right ring finger suddenly turned white and went numb. I took my rings off that finger immediately but there was no improvement. The palm side of that finger appears bruised at the second knuckle and the bruise is spreading around to the back side of the finger. The finger is still numb and cold but moves fine. There is also a bruise at the base of my thumb on the same hand but on the back side. I did not hit my hand on anything.
