Yesterday Evening, My Jaw Locked Up On The Right Side

Yesterday evening, my jaw locked up on the right side with my right eye also twitching with this weird sensation. Tonight, I can't sleep due to this bizarre pain in my neck, like a pulled muscle or steady throbbing. I'm having shoulder pain, and random joint aches. Should I see medical attention.
