Yesterday I Did The Part 2 Of The Abortion Pill.

Yesterday i did the part 2 of the abortion pill. I was told that i would start bleeding around 2-4 hours after. I did, but it only lasted for a couple hours and that was it. Now (day later) there's a pink/brown semi clumpy discharge and it sort of smells. What does this mean? Is it an infection, std, did I follow the directions wrong? Was it not completed? I'm concerned
