Yesterday I Had Discimfort In My Vag. Then My Boyfriend

Yesterday i had discimfort in my vag. Then my boyfriend and i had sex it went away for a while. This morning i woke up with dark yellow urine and a swollen vag. Yesterday also while my boyfriend and i were doing it little white things kept coming out. Can u tell me if i have anything serious and what to do because i cant go to the doctor
