Yesterday It Felt Like I Had A Hair Stuck In

Yesterday it felt like I had a hair stuck in my throat. It went away later on that day. But this morning it started up again. I checked it out in the mirror and noticed on my right tonsil I have a flesh colored bump and I'm concerned if this is something to get checked out? I have a picture, if I can somehow send it
