Yesterday My Bottom Left Gums Were Swollen. Last Night It

Yesterday my bottom left gums were swollen. Last night it felt like a golf ball under my jaw and neck and is very tender. Today it's somewhat worse and I started running a low grade fever. It doesn't seem to be a tooth and the right bottom corner of my mouth seems kind of numb. Any ideas?
